Paediatric Orthopaedics is the branch of medicine that deals with treating children’s joints, muscles and bones when injuries and musculoskeletal conditions occur in children and teens.
Paediatric Orthopaedics diagnose, treat and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal problems in children and adolescents. Their specialty involves surgical procedures when necessary and also providing other types of treatments, for e.g. casts or limb braces.
