Applicable to Malaysian citizens or residents with a permanent address in Malaysia.

Valid for self-paying patients only; not applicable for insurance claims (including “pay and claim”).

Package includes a monofocal lens implant only. Alternative lens types or brands are available at additional cost.

Excludes any charges arising from complications or emergency conditions during or after the procedure.

Excludes pre- and post-operative consultation fees, diagnostic examinations, and medications.

Offer is exclusively available at Sunway Specialist Centre Damansara (“SSCD”).

SSCD reserves the right to change the terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.

Prices are subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) for non-Malaysian patients.
