Dr Norazila graduated from University College Dublin, Ireland. She completed her Internship and continue her position as Senior House Office in various hospitals in Ireland. Upon returning to Malaysia, she joined Universiti Teknologi MARA as a lecturer under Faculty of Medicine. She obtained her masters degree in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.
Her surgery includes all general ENT procedures involving adult and paediatric patients. She subspecialises in Laryngology Head and Neck Surgery and had obtained her Fellowship in Laryngology & Voice from University Kebangsaan Malaysia and Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
